At Twisted Bowls, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in serving fresh, high-quality açaí bowls and strive to ensure every customer enjoys their experience. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are finalonce an order has been prepared or served.
However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If there is an issue with your order—such as receiving the wrong bowl, missing toppings, or a quality concern—please let us know immediately. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit if the issue is reported at the time of purchase or within 15 minutes of receiving your order.
